What information does NetworkMapper obtain and how is it used?

Information You Provide

Some of our Services require you to provide us with personal information such as your name and email address when you choose to contact us. We require this information in order to respond to your inquiries. IP address may be collected from website logging. Name, email address and external IP address are not collected automatically from any of our mobile applications.

Collected Information

We gather certain information either automatically or based on permission settings in our mobile applications. Such information includes, but is not limited to, the model of mobile device you use, your device location, the mobile network (mobile carrier) you use, your mobile network information, language, and Wi-Fi network information. Based on the permission level you grant us, such information may be collected both when you are using our mobile applications and when the mobile applications are closed.

We also assign a unique identifier to your device, which is not associated with any external databases or third-party identifiers.
